A POEM: By Peter East

Each cherished goal within your heart
Each dream that you pursue is shared by God
Who wants the best for you
He knows your strengths and weaknesses the gifts that you have to give
He knows the special purpose you fulfil each day that you live
Just have faith i your own success
Believe that your dreams will come true
Because your hopes and dreams are shared by Gof
Who wants the best for you

So whether you turn to the left or to the right
your ears will hear a voice behind you saying
'this is the way walk in it'

Once in a great while a miracle unfolds
Quietly no one else in the whole world necessarily notices
But for the two poepl that it happens to
Everything has changed: life begins anew

It starts to soften the rough edges: their hearts melt
Melodies start to blend, dreams open to each other
And love is there at the centre of it all
All done by the love that God has for his children

Bro Fiel, Sis Malou & Lawerence

Just want to give thanks that God is interested in even the smallest details of our lives: Recently we applied for our niece's visa and at first it was denied but we prayed and it was granted on appeal! Also we wanted to go on holiday at Christmas but getting 4 weeks at the hospital is near impossible but again we prayed and it was granted.

SIS TERESEA
God is just amazing! I had a call last Sunday (1st) from my son saying my husband had just suffered a stroke and there was a good chance he could be paralyzed. My son said to stay by the phone and he would call me every half an hour but I said I was going to church to pray. So I prayed and then I got a call at church to say my husband was not paralyzed and was ok. However he still was slurring with his speech and so I went to the prayer meeting on Friday (6th) and just kept praying for him and when I got home, I got a call to say his speech was back to normal. Hallelujah, Jesus Lives!

Sis Liza

Just want to give thanks for the life of my grandmother who recently went away to be with the Lord. She was 99yrs old and lived a full life!!! But I knew she was passing away and I prayed that I would see her one more time on my trip back to the Phillipines, but I was finding it really hard to "let go". However, I had a vision in which I saw someone who I knew was the Lord and my grandmother in His arms. I kind of felt that the Lord was saying to let Him take her "home" and have His way. This greatly comforted me. On my trip back I was able to spend the whole two weeks with her and the day I left on the plane for London was the day she passed away...God is good!

About three months ago I had a problem with my shoulder and after an x-ray and consultation I was told I would have to have an operation to correct the problem. However after prayer I suddenly realised that the pain had gone and when I went back to the consultant they couldn't find my file and said I didn't need to have to have an operation.

Sis Leony: Healing Testimony
I would like to acknowledge our Lord’s faithfulness, especially for the supernatural healing that He has done for me… for the wonderful things He has done and revealed to me through my recent condition. In March I was diagnosed with an
ovarian cyst. Many things where going through my mind especially "what if it's cancer?" but after praying God gave me a rhema word in John 11:4- “…This sickness is not unto death but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” and I was deeply comforted. After several more tests I was scheduled for
a Myomectomy Operation for I was diagnosed to have large fibroid growing around the wall of my uterus and needed to be removed soon. That was April 12, 2007 when a surgery was arranged for me and agreed to have it done on May 09, 2007. I must admit, there was some point in my life between the waiting period that I became quite perplexed, worried, afraid…of what might happen to me, being so far from my family, it was not easy to accept things, though. Thank God for all the encouragement and prayers of the TRC brethren and other faithful friends all around the world who have known my condition, my faith was sustained. And really God is so faithful that during those trying times, He strengthened me and assured me with His Word.
Even when I was admitted in the hospital, He showed me a sign of His faithfulness and how He would use my condition for His glory, for while Pastor and I were waiting for my proper admission, a Filipina popped in my room, and there after having been shared with the Word of God has accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour of her life, it’s amazing!!! That night, after several instruction from the staff and specialist regarding what might occur on the next day, God gave me such an extraordinary peace of mind that I haven’t felt before in my entire life, I felt He had cuddled me so tight on His bosom that I fell on a deep, relaxing sleep (I was in a single room then). I knew, God did it in purpose for the day of my operation, on the actual day I had such a good feeling, and the operation went smoothly and I am in full recovery, Praise God. I just want to say that whatever storm we are going through God can give us peace and bring us through it.

Sis Thess
I would like to give thanks as the week ago Monday, I had a dream that my employers house was being robbed. When I awoke I felt a real need to pray but even after half an hour I still felt a real burden so I phoned Pastor Ojie and we prayed. On the Wed of the same week my employer then told me that their had been an intruder around the grounds of the house but they had been unsuccessful in breaking in! I then told her that I had had a dream about that but me and my Pastor had prayed about it. My employer was so grateful and has now even allowed me to conduct a home Bible study in their home. Something they where not open to before! Praise God!
